E-bills!
Many residents have asked for bills to be emailed to them so they receive them quickly and can store them more easily. We’ve partnered with a service provider who can help us offer that. If you would like to receive bills by email, please give us a call and let us know! We will need your email address and then can get you set up. You can keep receiving a paper bill or go paperless, up to you!
Replacement Meters
Due to inflation pressures on commodities and the cost of meters, the cost for a new meter replacement will increase from $250 to $275. We encourage everyone to ensure their meter is heat taped before winter arrives. Save yourself the cost of a new meter by ensuring your water lines are heat taped.
Access to Meters
A reminder that your lease with Jones Estates provides for access to your lot and under homes to support all park utilities. This includes the water and sewer lines coming out of the ground. Please ensure access is available and granted. Jones Estates has asked us to relay to them any lots that are unable to be accessed, and lease violation letters for lack of access will be distributed by them to residents. Please help us ensure park utilities are maintained.
